The Ghana Navy has conducted a TPractical Leadership Exercise for its troops at the Naval Training Command, Nutekpor in the Volta Region on Friday 7 May 2021. The theme for this year's Practical Leadership Exercise was “Building Teamwork Through Effective Leadership.”
He added that the important ingredients for a good team were self-discipline, esprit- de- corps, obedience and spirit of healthy competitiveness that will enable selected Navy teams to win laurels in upcoming tri-service exercises and competitions.
