A four-member delegation from Academic City University (ACU), led by the school’s president, Mr Fred McBagonluri, paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), Rear Admiral Godwin Livinus Bessing, on Tuesday, 22 July 2025, at Naval Headquarters. 
The visit focused on promoting Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) collaboration in areas such as leadership, cyber security and data science. The CNS welcomed the initiative and assured support through partnerships with other Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) institutions, including the National College of Defence Studies. 
The delegation included. Vice President (Institutional Advancement), Ing. Lucy Agyapong, Director (Graduate and Continuous Education), Dr. Siraj Mohammed and Public Relations Manager, Cyril Quansah-Quainoo. Both parties exchanged souvenirs.
