Nigeria’s Defence Attaché (DA) to Ghana, Colonel (Col) Emmanuel Sholotan on Wednesday 25 September 2024, paid a courtesy call on the Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS), Rear Admiral Issah Adam Yakubu at the Naval Headquarters, Accra.
The visit was aimed at introducing the new DA and discussing ways to enhance bilateral, diplomatic ties between Ghana and Nigeria.
Their discussion focused on exploring avenues for deeper collaboration, reflecting the longstanding relationship and shared interest in regional stability and cooperation between the two nations.
Rear Admiral Yakubu congratulated Col Sholotan on his appointment while expressing confidence in his ability to foster strong ties.
