The Eastern Naval Command (ENC) held its End-of-Year Thanksgiving and Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols on Sunday, 14 December 2025, at Naval Base, Tema, under the theme “A Season of Thanksgiving and Renewal.” 
The service united Officers, Ratings, Defence Civilian Staff, and families in gratitude for divine protection throughout 2025 and spiritual renewal for the coming year. 
The Guest of Honour, former Flag Officer Commanding, ENC, Commodore Steve Darbo (Rtd), emphasised grace and resilience, referencing Ephesians 2:8. Additionally, He urged commitment to national peace through sacrifice, discipline, and unity.
