The newly appointed Master Coxswain of the Ghana Navy, Fleet Chief Petty Officer Class One (FCPOI) Johnson Isaiah Chriss, has paid a working visit to the Naval Training Command (NAVTRAC) on Wednesday, 13 May 2026, at Nutekpor.
The visit was aimed at introducing himself to the Flag Officer Commanding (FOC) NAVTRAC, Commodore James Adongo Agambire, familiarising himself with the Command, and interacting with personnel.
During the visit, the Master Coxswain engaged Senior Rates and Ratings on issues relating to leadership, discipline, welfare, and professionalism within the Service. He encouraged personnel to remain committed to the Ghana Navy's core values and to continue discharging their duties with dedication and integrity.
The visit also provided an opportunity for discussions on matters affecting personnel and ways of strengthening morale and cooperation within the Command.
The FOC NAVTRAC welcomed the Master Coxswain to the Command and expressed appreciation for the visit, stating that such engagements play a vital role in enhancing communication, unity, and cohesion among personnel across the Ghana Navy.
