Representatives from the World Maritime University (WMU), led by Professor Raphael Baumler, Head of Maritime Safety and Environment Administration (MSEA), and Professor Francis Neat, Head of Ocean Governance, paid a courtesy visit to the Naval Headquarters on Thursday, 21 August 2025.
