The United States Naval Attache to Ghana, Commander Matthew Kohlman, has led a delegation from the United States Embassy to pay a courtesy call on the Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), Rear Admiral Godwin Livinus Bessing, on Tuesday, 9 September 2025, at the Naval Headquarters.
